We work to get all orders out quickly, but during sales or holidays we could still end up a couple of days behind. So it could take another 1-2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. We will do our very best to get your order to you as fast as possible!

From time to time we have items for pre-order. This gives customers the opportunity to purchase items that have sold out and are being restocked. Expected ship dates will be included in the product listing.
Please note, the expected ship date is an estimate. If the expected ship date is exceeded by more than 5 business days, we will notify you via email.
Orders that include an item with an expected ship date will ship all together when the preordered item has come in. We typically don't break orders up. If you need other items in your order sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for the preordered item.
Items marked Save 50% or greater are FINAL SALE and can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Combining coupon codes with already discounted sale items totaling a discount of 50% off or greater are FINALE SALE and can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Regular Price Items purchased with a coupon code/discount over 50% are FINAL SALE and can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
We accept return of unworn, unwashed, unscented merchandise provided that it is returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery and that all original tags are attached.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Chicory Lane boutique is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to not following the proper washing instructions indicated on the clothing label.
Please email hello@chicorylaneboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed.
We do not pick up returns being held by your shipping carrier due to insufficiently paid postage and may result in your return being ineligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or financial institution may require additional days before crediting your account once we approve your refund.
If you feel you have received the wrong item or defective merchandise, please let us know within 3 days from the date of delivery so we can make it right!
